The “WeCann Timeout”. It is a program that is being designed to assist us “stoners”, get through a Weed tolerance break without breaking a sweat.
Before the full program is released, here are brief tips to help you get through your TB.
Set Intentions
Put up a reason for your break. Place the reasons according to the manner of importance. Research shows that 70% of stoners take a break to reduce the cost of living so maybe you could use that as well
Stay Active YEP! Time to visit the gym or court, pick up a favorite sport and get active, sweat away the bad toxins and feel SUPER SOBER AGAIN!
Choose Duration Decide on a timeframe that suits you.
Create a Herb-Free Zone Temporarily stash your favorite smoke sesh tools away. Out of reach if possible
Mindfulness Infuse a little bit of spirituality into your practice and connect back to your religion. It can help fill your void

Celebrate Little Wins Keep a journal, noting your daily no-smoke victory along the way.
It is advisable to take these tolerance breaks occassionally as it has proven to be very benefecial for your Stoner health.
It also gives you a better tolerance to future TB’s (tolerance breaks) you might want to embark on
Weed addiction can be tamed with the right circle so bring the team along for the Timeout Sesh!
